Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care products

  • Used items

  • Damaged products due to customer misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI, depending on payment mode.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share product photos/videos for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
